Our Policies

How can I Pay?
We accept Cash, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Personal Checks.

Can I leave a tip on my Credit Card?
Gratuities are appreciated and of course at your discretion. We do accept gratuities on Credit Cards and Checks. Please let the Front Desk representatives know you would like to leave a gratuity prior to Payment. We also have an ATM provided on site for your convenience.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance. In order to reserve your desired appointment, Salon Daniel requires a valid credit card number on file. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance (for weekdays) and 48 hours in advance (for Saturday appointments). In the event of a ‘no show’, 100% of the service fee will be charged. If there is a same day cancelation, 50% of the service fee will be charged. This is to help our business run as smoothly as possible. Thank you for understanding.

Do you accept return on retail products?
If for any reason, you are unhappy with a product, please return it within 10 days, and we will kindly give you store credit for the amount of your original purchase to be used towards another product of your choice. We are confident in our Professional Hair Care lines, and want you to find the product that is right for you.

Redo's
We want all of our clients to feel their best! In the event you are not satisfied with your service we will offer to correct your hair within 7 days of your original service date. Charges may apply for unique circumstances.
